Oklahoma came in third for the number of gambling-related embezzlement cases in 2013, according to a new report.

The Marquet Report on Embezzlement counted four cases of gambling-related embezzlement in Oklahoma. Only California, with seven cases, and New York, with five cases, ranked higher.

Oklahoma is home to the largest number of tribal gaming facilities -- more than 100 and growing. The market went from $501.6 million in 2002 to $3.7 billion in 2012, according to Casino City’s North American Gaming Almanac.

California is home to the second largest number of tribal gaming facilities.
