Colorado River Indian Tribes report armed robbery at casino

A suspect is in custody in connection with an armed robbery at the casino owned by the Colorado River Indian Tribes. Authorities say an off-duty employee robbed the Blue Water Resort Casino in Arizona early Wednesday morning. Vladimir Quintana, 25, was quickly apprehended with an undisclosed amount of cash. “Nothing is more important than the safety of patrons and the security of the facility. CRIT Police acted quickly and professionally to apprehend the suspect and no-one was hurt,” CRIT Chief of Police William Ponce told Parker Live. “CRIT Police are working with the FBI to investigate this crime."
