Man pleads guilty to felony for cheating at Meskwaki Tribe's casino

A Texas man pleaded guilty to a felony for cheating at the casino owned by the Meskwaki Tribe of Iowa.

Oscar Ortega Rios, 38, admitted that he added chips to his bets at the Meskwaki Bingo Casino. He was fined $315 in Tama County court, the Toledo Chronicle reported.

The crime occurred a year ago in August, the paper said.
