The Stillaguamish Tribe of Washington plans to open a $20 million hotel at its casino by New Year's Eve. The tribe broke ground on the hotel at the five-story, 125-room hotel to the Angel of the Winds Casino in October 2013. Construction is ahead of schedule. "We do not have a definitive plan as of today, but it will be ready for the grand opening," general manager Travis O'Neil told The Herald Business Journal.
