NIGC to move headquarters in Washington, DC to new building

The National Indian Gaming Commission is moving.

The agency's headquarters in Washington, D.C., will move to K Street NE on June 16. The new location is near the U.S. Capitol and Union Station and it's just a short walk from the Navajo Nation Washington Office.

“As tribal gaming evolves, this new facility will help the NIGC more efficiently carry out its mission of regulatory oversight and ensure that it can meet the demands of an ever-changing, technology-driven industry," Acting NIGC Chair Jonodev Chaudhuri said in a press release.
