Shoshone-Bannock Tribes not planing to offer poker games

The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of Idaho have no plans to offer poker games, Chairman Nathan Small said.

The tribe offers electronic gaming machines at the Fort Hall Casino. There's also "virtual" blackjack but no house-banked card games.

The Coeur d'Alene Tribe, on the other hand, is opening a poker room on May 2 despite claims from the state that poker is illegal.
