Seminole Tribe could share more revenue with new casino pact

The Seminole Tribe could share more revenues with the state of Florida as part of a new Class III gaming compact, The Miami Herald reported.

Talks with Gov. Rick Scott (R) remain secret. But the paper said the tribe might agree to share $2 billion in exchange for continued exclusivity.

So far, the tribe has shared $1 billion under a five-year compact whose revenue provisions expire next year. Scott could be looking to double the amount, according to the paper.
