Pala Band wins final approval for online gaming in New Jersey

PalaCasino.Com is up and running in New Jersey.

The Pala Band of Mission Indians in California gained final regulatory approval to operate an Internet gambling site in New Jersey

PalaCasino.Com started testing last week. It officially launched on Saturday with approval from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

"We had a solid weekend and we have yet to start marketing," Jim Ryan, the CEO of Pala Interactive, told iGamingBusiness. "We believe we are breaking into the New Jersey market at the perfect time.”

Under state law, all patrons must be physically based in New Jersey in order to place bets on the site.
