South Carolina court posts video of Catawba Nation casino case

YouTube: Court video: Catawba Indians vs. SC

The South Carolina Supreme Court has posted video and documents from the Catawba Nation gaming case.

The court selected Catawba Indian Nation v. State as its case of the month. The outcome will determine whether the tribe is entitled to the same types of gaming that are authorized under state law.

The hearing, which took place January 22, lasted about 43 minutes.
