The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians has selected one of its own to run the tribe's second gaming facility in North Carolina. Lumpy Lambert will serve as general manager of the $110 million Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel. He's worked at the existing Harrah’s Cherokee Casino and Resort since 1997.
