BIA publishes notice of Crow Tribe Class III gaming compact

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has published notice of a Class III gaming compact between the Crow Tribe and the state of Montana.

The compact goes into effect today, according to the notice in the Federal Register. The agreement runs through December 2028.

"The tribe is authorized to operate 925 gaming devices, increase the prize value, and wager limits," the notice states.
