Mohawk man faces retrial over unauthorized gaming facility

A man accused of operating a casino that was not authorized by the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe of New York is due to go to trial in May.

Anthony L. Laughing was indicted along with four other men in connection with the Three Feathers Casino. His case was declared a mistrial due to health issues.

Meanwhile, three of Laughing's co-defendants were acquitted by a federal jury. However, federal prosecutors are still pursuing a trial despite Laughing's ongoing health issues.
