The Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona will debut a golf course at its casino on December 12. The Sewailo Golf Club at the Casino Del Sol Resort is designed by Notah Begay III, a Navajo / Pueblo golfer. Sewailo means "flower world" in the Yaqui language. "The opening of Sewailo is a great achievement for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and Casino Del Sol Resort. The Tribe is pleased to bring a golf course to the Tucson community that reflects the beauty and spirit of the land, and continues the traditions of sharing gifts with everyone," council member John Escalante said in a press release.
