Gila River Indian Community set to open $135M casino in July

The Gila River Indian Community of Arizona will open a new $135 million casino on July 2.

The Vee Quiva Casino features a 70,000-square-foot gaming floor with 950 slot machines, a 500-seat bingo hall and numerous table games. There's also a 90-room hotel with a pool and a fitness center.

The tribe is hiring 300 more people to staff the facility.
