Yavapai-Prescott Tribe investigates threat at gaming resort

The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe of Arizona is investigating a threat to its gaming resort.

The threat prompted the evacuation of the tribe's two gaming facilities and its resort on Tuesday. The Prescott Daily Courier observed officers in protective gear and a K-9 unit enter the facility.

"Precautionary measures were taken to evacuate Bucky's Casino, Prescott Resort and Yavapai Casino for the safety of our guests, employees and the community," assistant tribal general manager Jerry Brown told the paper.
