Muscogee man released after incident at Poarch Creek casino

Muscogee Nation Chief George Tiger negotiated the release of a tribal member who was arrested in Alabama at the casino site of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians.

Wayland Gray was arrested for trespassing and for making a terrorist threat. Tiger got the bond reduced from $30,000 to $15,000.

The Muscogee Nation is suing the Poarch Band over the $246 million expansion of the Wind Creek Wetumpka. The casino is located on a Creek burial ground.
