Muscogee Nation gaming revenues are up 10 percent, Chief George Tiger said in his State of the Nation address.

The tribe operates 11 gaming facilities. The flagship is the River Spirit Casino, which Tiger said will be undergoing a major expansion to include hotel rooms, a spa, convention and meeting facilities and more gaming space.

"We will be making public announcements about this project in the very near future, which will include the introduction of internationally known hospitality brand names not currently in the area," Tiger said, The Tulsa World reported.

Tiger delivered the speech on January 26.
