Chef at Coeur d'Alene Tribe's casino wins restaurant contest

The executive chef at the casino owned by the Coeur d'Alene Tribe of Idaho won the “What’s Your Dreamstaurant” contest.

Adam Hegsted won the most votes online for his concept of locally-sourced tapas with an American twist. He will receive $20,000 to start his dream restaurant.

Hegsted has worked at the Coeur D' Alene Casino And Resort since August 2008.
