Graton Rancheria to enter into casino negotiation with county

The Federated Indians of
Graton Rancheria will enter into discussions for a gaming agreement with Sonoma County, California.
The tribe has agreed to "negotiate in good faith to mitigate the potential impacts"of the casino in the county, according to its Class III gaming compact. Issues include municipal services, law enforcement and gambling addiction, according to the agreement.
The county is holding a hearing tomorrow to allow the public to discuss the issues they might want to be addressed in the agreement,
The Santa Rosa Press-Democrat reported.
