Tribes in New Mexico report 2.1 percent gain in gaming net win

Gaming tribes reported a total net win of $713.9 million last year, according to the New Mexico Gaming Control Board.

Last year's take for the 14 tribes was 2.1 percent higher than 2010. They shared $65.2 million with the state under their Class III gaming compacts.

When non-Indian racinos are included, the state's gaming industry reported a net win of nearly $975 million. That's a 1.9 percent increase over 2010.
