Developers on are planning an ad blitz in hopes of convincing voters to approve the first non-Indian casino in Oregon.
The casino -- called The Grange -- requires approval of three separate questions on the November ballot. Developers believe voters will heed their message of economic development and jobs.
The facility would be located in Wood Village. One ballot measure dictates that 25 percent of gross gaming revenues go to the state Lottery.
