The Muscogee Nation
of Oklahoma is threatening legal action to stop the Poarch Creek Band of
Indians from building a $246 million casino.
The Wind Creek
Wetumpka is located on Poarch Creek trust land in Alabama.
The Muscogees, however, say their ancestors are buried on the property, also known as the Hickory
Ground.
The Muscogees haven't said what kind of legal action they might pursue.
