The dispute over the Kialegee
Tribal Town casino has claimed another victim in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Mike Lester resigned his position as mayor after acknowledging that he knew about the plans for the Red Clay Casino as early as February 2011.
Residents weren't told about the project until the end of last year.
Lester will remain on the city council. His decision follows the firing of former city manager David Wooden, who knew about the casino in fall of 2011.
