The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians plans to open its third gaming facility in Michigan in 2013.
The Four Winds Dowagiac will offer 200 slot machines, four table games, a 3,000-square-foot multi-purpose space and a 25-seat restaurant.
It will be the smallest of the tribe's casinos.
The tribe plans to hire 100 people to work at the new facility.
