The Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs isn't commenting on a proposal for a casino in Brandon, Manitoba.

Brandon Mayor Shari Decter Hirst said the city will partner with the Tribal Councils Investment Group, a First Nations-owned entity, to build the casino.
