The Narragansett Tribe of Rhode Island is challenging two ballot questions that will expand non-Indian gaming in the state.
One question allows the Twin River slot parlor to operate as a full casino. The second allows the Newport Grand slot parlor to become a full casino.
The tribe argues that the questions violate the state constitution. The Rhode Island Superior Court will hear arguments on May 30.
