An anti-gaming group that ran ads accusing the Sokaogon Chippewa Community of Wisconsin of failing to live up to its obligations has opened an office.
Citizens for a Strong
Sheboygan plans to fight the tribe's off-reservation casino in Sheboygan.
The group previously accused the tribe of being "flat broke" for defaulting on a casino bond.
The tribe has until August to negotiate a deal with the city for the casino. Talks have yet to occur, Mayor Terry Van Akkeren said.
