The Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation of North Dakota broke ground on a $11.7 million hotel at its casino.
The 122-room hotel at the 4 Bears Casino & Lodge features 100 standard rooms, 20 suites and two executive suites. The tribe is also adding a fine dining restaurant and remodeling an existing restaurant at the casino.
The tribe is financing the project on its own, a first for the tribe.
