The Chickasaw Nation purchased the naming rights to a baseball stadium in Oklahoma City but not everyone is happy with the "Newcastle Casino Field."
The park is named for the tribe's gaming facility in Newcastle, about 20 miles away.
Critics say the link to a casino is distasteful.
“It's a terrible choice,” Oklahoma City council member Pete White told The Oklahoman.
“I think this is reprehensible,” added council member Ed Shadid.
The tribe's casino advertisements previously appeared inside the park.
