Sen. Dianne Feinstein
(D-California) wants to know what's happening with the Enterprise Rancheria off-reservation casino.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs approved the casino last September. Feinstein, however, claims the environmental impact
statement was incomplete because it didn't include the views of 33 local governments.
Feinstein asked the Obama administration in December to find out whether all of the governments support of oppose the casino. She said she hasn't received an answer, more than two months later.
