Aquinnah Wampanoag Tribe eyes two more sites for a casino

The Aquinnah Wampanoag Tribe has asked three communities in Massachusetts to consider hosting a casino.

The tribe has options for land in Fall River, Freetown and Lakeville. H.3702, the state's gaming law, requires a host community to schedule a referendum on a proposed casino.

The tribe also has asked Gov. Deval Patrick (D) to enter into negotiations for a Class III gaming compact. He isn't commenting on the request.
