The San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians sued the Viejas Band of Kumeyaay Indians last year over a casino ad campaign, UT San Diego reports.
The San Pasqual Band offers an all-you-can-eat lobster buffet at the Valley View Casino. The tribe's ads feature a lobster and the words "Pinch Yourself."
The Viejas Band started its own ad campaign featuring a snow crab and the word "pinch." That prompted the San Pasqual Band's lawsuit in federal court.
The Viejas Band at first refused to drop its ads but agreed to end the campaign late last year, UT San Diego reported. The San Pasqual Band voluntarily withdrew the lawsuit.
