The White Earth Band of Ojibwe Indians will announce plans for an off-reservation casino in the Twin Cities-area.
The tribe says revenues from the casino can be used to build a new Minnesota Vikings stadium. Chairwoman Erma Vizenor will appear at the state Capitol today to discuss the plan.
