The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut plans to bring an outlet mall to its casino, The New London Day reports.
The tribe will make an announcement on February 15, the 20th anniversary of the Foxwoods Resort Casino. Officials wouldn't confirm but developer Sheldon Gordon of Gordon Group Holdings said he's behind the project.
"These will be the best outlet stores in the world," Gorden told the paper.
The 320,000-square-foot mall will have space for 85 stores, the paper said.
