New York Sen. Mark Grisanti
(R) said his wife will press charges in connection with an incident at a
Seneca Nation casino.
Maria Grisanti claims two women attacked her at the Seneca Niagara Casino on February 10. Mark Grisanti also said he was attacked but doesn't appear to be pressing charges against anyone.
News reports didn't say where the Grisantis are filing charges. If the women involved are tribal members, then the Seneca Nation would have jurisdiction.
Two men whom Grisanti said were involved in the incident are Seneca tribal members.
