Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority ready for more growth

First Nations casinos continue to grow, the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority reported on Wednesday.

SIGA operates six First Nations casinos. They will take in about $250 million in the current fiscal year, CEO Zane Hansen said.

Next year, the casinos are expected to take in $260 million. "We are 15 years old now and have done quite well," Hansen told the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, The Saskatoon StarPhoenix reported.
