Niagara Falls feeling the loss of Seneca Nation gaming revenue

Niagara Falls hasn't received an estimated $50 million in gaming revenues due to a dispute between the Seneca Nation and the state of New York.

The tribe has been withholding the state's share of Class III revenues since 2008. The tribe says the state has allowed the expansion of non-Indian gaming.

That means communities like Niagara Falls are going without. The tribe has offered to send the money directly to municipalities but the state hasn't accepted the proposal.
