Mohegan Tribe's partner seeks last gaming license in New York

A developer who is working with the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut hopes to secure the last gaming license in New York.

Louis Cappelli wants Mohegan Gaming Advisors to run a gaming facility at the Concord Resort in the Catskills. The license would allow up to 2,100 video lottery terminals.

"I think the odds are in our favor now. I think we can get this done," Cappelli told The Wall Street Journal.

Two other companies are seeking the last license.
