Kansas lawmakers weigh bill to expand non-Indian gaming

Kansas lawmakers are considering a bill to expand non-Indian gaming.

The state has already authorized full-scale casinos. Two are under construction but the bill seeks to revive interest in a third one, not far from the Oklahoma border, where the Quapaw Tribe operates a casino.

The bill also authorizes slot machines at race tracks and sets revenue-sharing rates.
