The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians in Michigan broke ground on an expansion of the FireKeepers Casino. The tribe is adding a 242-room hotel, indoor pool, exercise facility, full service restaurant, business center and multi-purpose event center to the facility. The gaming floor is also being expanded. "Our tribe has always believed in looking ahead seven generations. This expansion opportunity represents our continuing efforts to build a solid economic foundation for the future of our tribe and our continuing efforts to look ahead seven generations," Chairman Homer A.
