The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming
Authority won a $2 million judgment for the theft of money from ATMs at First Nations casinos.
Alain Germain, who pleaded guilty to theft, was ordered to repay the money. He worked for a company that supplied ATMs to the casinos.
SIGA has a lawsuit pending against shareholders and directors of the company.
