Seminole Tribe holds job fair for 800 new casino positions

The Seminole Tribe of Florida is holding a job fair to hire 800 more people at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek. The job fair takes place on November 2. The tribe hopes to have the new employees in place by the end of the year in preparation for the opening of the $150 million expansion of the casino in early 2012. The new facility will offer 120,000 square-feet of gaming space, up from the existing 39,000 square-feet. There's also an outdoor plaza, three restaurants and a 2,400-space parking garage.
