Neighbors of the Tigua Tribe of Texas are upset about outdoor concerts in the casino parking lot.
Speaking Rock Casino has been offering free concerts all summer long. Besides being noisy, neighbors say the patrons park illegally and leave trash and drug paraphernalia on their property.
"If we can't touch the Tiguas, then why should they touch our property and come dirty our land?” neighbor, Elvia Rubio told KFOX14 . “That's our problem. We even found drugs on the street yesterday."
The tribe said it has received only a few complaints about the noise. The El Paso Police Department also said it hasn't heard many complaints.
