The Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona is adding some new food options to the Casino del Sol.
P.Y. Steakhouse will open on November 11, when the tribe debuts a $100 million expansion of the facility. The Festa International Buffet is expected to open in mid-December.
"The dining experience is elevating dramatically from the experience of the past with a bottle of beer and a taco," executive chef Jason Jonilonis, who is working on both restaurants, told The Arizona Daily Star. "We are raising the bar dramatically."
Froze An, a frozen yogurt and libations shop, is also opening in the casino.
