The Pinoleville Pomo Nation signed a Class III gaming compact with California Gov. Jerry Brown (D).
The deal allows up to 900 slot machines. The tribe will share 15 percent of the net win from the machines with the local community.
Brown has signed two compacts since taking office in January.
