Jeff Livingston, the former general manager of the casino owned by the Picayune Rancheria of the
Chukchansi Indians in California, was found guilty of stealing from the tribe.
Livingston, 51, was convicted on six counts of mail fraud and three counts of theft by an officer or employee of a gaming establishment on Indian land.
He used the tribe's credit card for at least $48,500 in personal expenses, federal prosecutors said.
Livingston faces up to 10 years in prison and a $1 million fine. Sentencing is scheduled for September 2.
