Univision Radio in Florida is suing the Miccosukee Tribe over the actions of an unidentified casino maintenance worker back in April 2007.
The worker was allegedly clearing trees at the Miccosukee Resort when a radio tower for WQBA fell down and was destroyed. WQBA sits next to the casino.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Miami on April 21.
