The Oneida Nation of Wisconsin is worried about a landfill being proposed to a site next to one of its gaming facilities.
Georgia-Pacific wants to dump toxic waste to one of its landfills in Ashwaubenon.
The site is next to the Oneida Bingo & Casino.
"Obviously we're very concerned," spokesperson Bobbi Webster told The Green Bay Press Gazette.
Nearby residents voiced opposition to the plan at a public meeting on Thursday.
The waste would reportedly have higher concentrations of PCBs than sludge that was placed at the site from 1999-2001.
