A former employee of the casino owned by the Santee Sioux Tribe of Nebraska was sentenced for theft.
Bianco White will serve a year in prison and pay $13,000 in restitution to the tribe. He stole money from slot machines at the Ohiya Casino.
White was one of three people charged last year in separate incidents of theft from the tribe.
