No injuries reported after fire breaks out in Shakopee Tribe casino

About 100 people were evacuated after a fire broke out in the casino owned by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community of Minnesota. The fire began this morning in an area of the Mystic Lake Casino that is closed for remodeling. Fire crews from the area responded and the blaze was under control. No injuries were reported. “In other cases this could be a major loss,” tribal administrator Bill Rudnicki told The Minneapolis Star Tribune. Get the Story:
